The difference between intentions and actions

Pondering what it would take to rejuvenate this blog, to blog more and not just in June. What would probably help most would be a regular time for writing, e.g. every morning before work. I’d have to stop lying around in bed looking at pictures and reading snippets. I’d have to not overthink it, using Peter as a good example, and don’t let myself talk myself into wasting time. “Just five more minutes” very easily turns into a whole hour, and then I have to get ready to walk the chihuahuas, go to work – and there goes the time for writing.

I’ve certainly had practice building habits. I turned myself into an early riser – ten years ago now, according to my records. So I know I can. The question is, do I want to, enough?
